A well Being day

Wednesday 16th of July is, at Laureate Online Education, the e-learning partner of The University of Liverpool a Well Being day.

'As the summer comes upon us and our eating habits change, its a perfect time to think about improving our lifestyles so what better event than Well being day, with massage, yoga/meditation, fitness.'

Invest In Yoga provides short yoga/meditation sessions during this day.

The time needed per yoga/meditation session is 30 minutes, that includes a short introduction, some warm up exercises and the actual meditation. After that keep space for 15 min for questions before the next session is planned. The sessions are held in a meeting room, number of people per session depend on the number of (comfortable) chairs in the room.
